  • Client Approval First: We only finalize deals upon your explicit approval of prices and Terms & Conditions. This is done with full transparency based on a pre-agreed Scope of Work (SOW).

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

  • Physical, Hands-On Inspection: Our experts, with over 15 years of experience, are physically present at the supplier's location.
  • Customized Checks (Our Second USP): While we default to rigorous industry standards, our unique approach is performing QA/QC exactly as you, the customer, would require, based on a pre-agreed checklist set at the start of our association. We can inspect every item individually if necessary.
  • Flexible Engagement : You can leverage our expert QA/QC capabilities even if we are not your sourcing partner.We understand you may have established supply pipelines but require a trusted, impartial agent on the ground to protect your interests and quality standards in various countries. You are welcome to engage us solely for these critical inspection engagements.

Transport & Clearing & Forwarding (C&F)

  • Logistics Excellence: This critical step is handled by our specialist sister company, which has over 28 years of daily experience and a team of 140+ globally.
  • Elite C&F Capabilities: This team is one of the few globally licensed to move highly critical consignments, such as time-bound, nitrogen-stored medical cargo.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery: We manage the entire journey:

    • Secure Domestic Transport from the supplier warehouse.

    • Efficient C&F Organization for loading onto ships or air freight.

    • Customs Clearance in your country on your behalf.

    • Final Transport right to your agreed-upon destination (your door).
